This newly renovated island getaway is the largest of the three individual units and is perfect for a family or 2 couples. With two bedrooms, this rental includes the option of 2 king size beds or 1 king and 2 twins. You won’t be able to escape the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Ocean in this upper level villa unit. Huge windows and sliding glass doors surround the west face, allowing you to enjoy the thousand different sunsets that bless this tropical island. If you want to watch from outside instead, we have now added the perfect viewing area with an all new rooftop deck. Equipped with a private sunbathing/sunset viewing area, you will feel like every sunset was created just for you. Arguably the best villa view on the island!

The living room is strategically situated next to a 12-foot sliding glass door with dramatic unobstructed views of the blue waters of Sir Francis Drake Channel and the Dog Islands. With a west facing orientation, you can catch magical views everyday of the sunset from the living room or rooftop deck.
The sitting area, adjacent to the living room, also has oversized windows with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. There is a 65” smart TV in this room can be viewed from the living room as well. The trundle day bed adds 2 additional twin beds or just the perfect place to curl up, read a book or nap.

Bedroom One is located adjacent to the sitting area, featuring a very comfortable king size bed with views looking out to Sir Francis Drake Channel right from bed. Pamper yourself with our plushiest, luxury bamboo pillows from Cosy House. A chest of drawers with five drawers to store your clothes is conveniently built in to the wall.
The onsuite master bathroom features a large dual vanity with a Corian countertop and two built-in Corian sinks, a closet to hang your clothes, a private toilet room that can be closed with a barn door and a spacious alfresco shower for two including a stand-alone rain shower.
Bedroom Two is accessed easily from the living room through a set of spacious barn doors. This bedroom features a king size bed that can be converted to two twin beds. The second bedroom has a set of oversized windows that fully capture the dramatic views in every direction and create the ultimate indoor/outdoor living space.
The on-suite bathroom features a vanity with two built in sinks, a closet to hang your clothes, a private toilet room that can be closed with a barn door and a spacious 58" x 88" Rectangle Sliding Steam Shower. A chest of drawers with five drawers to store your clothes is conveniently located for guests using the second bedroom.

Our latest addition to 1 Paradise Lane is the perfect respite to every long day and an unforgettable location to dine and entertain. Welcome to the all new rooftop deck at 1 Paradise lane, the ultimate sunset viewing space on Virgin Gorda. This third floor rooftop is outfitted with everything you need to lounge and dine all while overlooking the Sir Francis Drake Channel of the Caribbean.
Entertain up to 8 people for seated dining, or have a party with space for many more. The deck is lined with high quality outdoor turf carpet and we’ve even included a large propane grill to cook up your catch of the day for dinner.
Pool & beach
When you stay at 1 Paradise Lane, you are just steps away from both the pool and private beach on property, among many other amenities. The pool is shared with only one other rental on the floor below (if anyone is currently staying there) and the villa is on a beachfront lot, meaning a flight of stone stairs takes you right out to the Caribbean where we’ve imported a white sand beach and the sea contains rich wildlife in the reef offshore. Use our kayaks and snorkel gear for a day on the water, or just lay out and sunbathe on the private beach or pool deck. When the sun starts to go down, enjoy a cocktail from the pool with a clear view of the ocean and sunset.
